The TTV High-performance Double Offset Butterfly Valves are designed for use in exceptionally harsh conditions with critical shutoff isolation and throttling control applications. Fabricated from A216 WCB carbon steel.
AISI 316 stainless steel seat, is especially celebrated for its outstanding capability in elevated-temperature settings. It can endure heat up to 500°C, establishing it as the preferred element for severe heat uses, like those observed in energy production, aviation, and high-pressure vapour setups.
The Colossus is one of our most reliable products because it's made from high-quality materials that can withstand the harshest conditions while still working reliably over long periods of time with minimal maintenance required. Lugged butterfly valves are a great choice for applications where you need to be able to disconnect the piping from either side of the valve. These lugged connect style butterfly valves feature a built in alignment guide through its bolt holes on both sides.
