The TTV Colossus butterfly valve 50WX40404F is a double eccentric wafer valve engineered for trustworthy isolation in industrial systems running at PN10/40, Class 150 pressure rating. Fabricated from CF8M Stainless Steel and equipped with a design featuring an additional metal seat AISI 316 that ensures a tight seal when the soft seat has been destroyed by fire.

The double eccentric configuration permits the disc to disengage from the seating early during functioning, minimising friction and wear. This yields lower operating torque, prolonged valve lifespan, and enhanced shut-off dependability, notably in uses involving repeated cycling.
