The TTV Colossus butterfly valve 50WX4040 is a double eccentric wafer valve engineered for trustworthy isolation in industrial systems running at PN10/40, Class 150 pressure rating. Fabricated from A216 WCB carbon steel.
Seat Inconel 718, a nickel-chromium superalloy, is particularly renowned for its exceptional performance in high-temperature environments. It can withstand temperatures up to 600°C, making it the material of choice for extreme heat applications, such as those found in power generation, aerospace, and high-pressure steam systems. Inconel 718’s resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures further enhances its durability, ensuring a long service life even in the harshest operating conditions.
